#1 kentucky floods .coast to coast even had a picture on site april 5. i was asked to predict an area where an event of magnitude would hit. southwest kentucky.imade this prediction about 10 days ago that this would occur within 2 weeks . i am trying to pinpoint closer people may know to be prepared.
